Alongside the cookie, each page load records your IP address, browser user-agent, the referring URL, and the pages you view with timestamps. Every click on a link or button is also recorded — internal links and in-page jumps as well as external links, email addresses, phone numbers and file downloads. IP addresses are resolved to an approximate city, country and network operator using third-party lookup services.
How far you scroll down each page and how long you are actively reading it are also recorded. Reading time counts only while the page is visible and you are interacting with it, so time spent in a background tab is not counted.

A consent banner is shown to every visitor on their first visit, wherever you are. Until you choose “Accept”, no cookie is set and no analytics request is sent — the tracking script does not run at all. Choosing “Decline” is remembered and nothing is ever recorded.
You can change your decision at any time using the Cookie settings link in the footer of any page. Withdrawing consent deletes the _vtid cookie from your browser and stops all further collection. Your choice is stored in your browser’s local storage, not in a cookie and not on our servers.
